本文报告了使用冬眠药物和抗菌素治疗百日咳72例,中型(41)及重型(31)患儿。使用 Aminazine 治疗31例,按1—2微克/公斤/天。混以奴佛卡因肌肉注射,Promazine 按2—4微克/公斤/天。三次给药。5→10天为一疗程。前者稍较后者为短。在应用后有以下体会。①给药后大多数儿童睡眠延深;时间延长。安静。无不适及异常发现。其中44例体重在2—4周内增加。②绝大多数患者(66/72),在1—2天即减轻了痉挛性咳嗽的次数和程度。6例效果欠佳,其中4例是药量不足所致。③咳嗽时伴有呕吐之50例患儿中,在给药后4天内,有28例呕吐停止和减轻。但其镇吐作用较镇咳为弱。④证明此药无激发和加强百日咳痉挛性呼吸窒息的特性。在减轻咳嗽的基础上使其逐渐地抑制和停止。本文14例,2例效 This article reports the use of hibernate and antibiotics in the treatment of pertussis in 72, moderate (41) and severe (31) children.
