在当今社会,由于面对工作和生活中的种种压力,警察的自我效能感直线降低,对自己目前的生活状况极其不满意,从而使警察对自我价值给予否定,情绪也会变得异常悲观,低落,抑郁苦闷,导致主观幸福感直线下降。因此,构建警察的主观幸福感变得尤为重要。心理契约的违背对警察主观幸福感的影响也是较为明显的。目前来说,我国学者已经开始就心理契约内容和契约违背方面进行初步研究,但针对警察的研究还相对较少,能用于管理实践的成熟理论较少。本文就心理契约和主观幸福感各相关因素分析来研究警察主观幸福感和心理契约的相关。
In the modern society, due to various pressures in work and life, the self-efficacy of the police has plummeted and is extremely dissatisfied with the current living conditions of the police. Therefore, building the subjective well-being of the police becomes even more important. The impact of psychological contract violation on the subjective well-being of the police is also more obvious. At present, scholars in our country have begun to conduct preliminary studies on the contents of psychological contracts and contract breaches. However, there are relatively few studies on the police and fewer mature theories that can be used in management practices. In this paper, psychological contract and subjective well-being of the relevant factors to analyze the correlation between subjective well-being and psychological contract of police.
