目的对连云港口岸传染病监测情况进行分析,了解连云港口岸出入境人群中传染病感染和流行特点,为口岸传染病监测和防控工作提供科学依据。方法对连云港口岸2005—2014年111 464名出入境人员传染病监测结果进行流行病学分析。结果不同年份间传染病阳性检出率有统计学意义(P<0.01);梅毒、艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体阳性检出率总体呈现逐年递增的趋势;乙肝表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性检出率呈现波浪形;活动性肺结核阳性检出率总体呈现逐年递减的趋势。研究对象以劳务人员和交通员工为主(94.72%)。结论口岸传染病监测应重点关注劳务人员和交通员工两类人群,并关注梅毒、HIV等近年来上升趋势明显的疾病。
Objective To analyze the surveillance of infectious diseases in Lianyungang Port and to understand the infectious and epidemic characteristics of the epidemic among the immigrants in Lianyungang Port and provide a scientific basis for the monitoring and prevention and control of port infectious diseases. Methods Epidemiological analysis was conducted on the surveillance results of 111 464 immigrants arriving and departing from Lianyungang Port from 2005 to 2014. Results The positive rate of infectious diseases in different years was statistically significant (P <0.01). The positive rate of syphilis and HIV was increasing year by year. The positive rate of HBs Ag positive rate Showing wavy; active detection rate of positive pulmonary tuberculosis showed an overall trend of decreasing year by year. The main research object to labor and transportation staff (94.72%). Conclusions The monitoring of port infectious diseases should focus on two groups of labors and traffic workers and focus on syphilis, HIV and other diseases with obvious upward trend in recent years.
