随着医学技术的飞速发展,纤维内窥镜已在基层医院得到普遍使用。我院自1985年开始使用纤维胃镜,陆续开展了纤维支气管镜、纤维结肠镜及纤维胆道镜的检查,这些内窥镜均为日本olympus产品。截止1996年底共做各种内窥镜检查近4000余例次,所有内窥镜的性能尚好,图像清晰,纤维胃镜断丝数目(黑点)48个,纤维支气管镜5个,其它无黑点,现将内窥镜的使用、消毒及维护方法报告如下: 一、纤维内窥镜的使用 1.使用前检查:每次使用纤维内窥镜前必须例行检查接物镜、接目镜、焦距、显像是否清晰,转角扭活动情况,镜身有无裂纹,注水、注气接纽是否通畅以及吸引器、冷光源等功能是否正常,无故障才能使用。
With the rapid development of medical technology, fiberscopes have been widely used in primary hospitals. Our hospital began to use fiberoptic gastroscope in 1985, and we have successively conducted fiberoptic bronchoscopy, fiber colonoscopy, and fiber choledochoscopy. These endoscopes are all Japanese olympus products. By the end of 1996, a total of nearly 4,000 cases of various endoscopic examinations were performed. All the endoscopes performed well, the images were clear, the number of fiber endoscopic broken wires (dark spots) was 48, fiberoptic bronchoscopes were 5, and there were no black spots. The use, disinfection, and maintenance methods of endoscopes are now reported as follows: I. Use of fiberscopes 1. Pre-use inspection: Every time before using the fiberscope, routine inspection of the objective lens, eyepiece, focal length, must be performed. Whether the image is clear, the corner twisting activity, whether the lens body is cracked, whether the water injection, the gas injection connector is unobstructed, and whether the suction device, cold light source, and other functions are normal, can be used without any fault.
