上海市区地面积水问题对于工业生产、物资保存、交通运输和居民生活各方面,都有重大意义。作者对于上海市区为什么发生积水现象的这一个问题,列举出来若干原因,并对于这些原因,作出了一个比较详细的分析。关于上海市区积水问题的处理方法,本文内亦作了几点建议,以供参考。这些建议事项中,有几项是属于搜集资料,作为研究工作的基础者,其余几项是属于设计方面和具体工作方面者。
The problem of surface water in the Shanghai urban area is of great significance to industrial production, material preservation, transport and residential life. The author gives some reasons for the problem of water accumulation in the urban area of Shanghai, and gives a more detailed analysis of these reasons. Regarding the treatment of sewer problems in Shanghai, several suggestions have also been made in this paper for reference. Some of these proposals belong to the collection of information as the basis for the research work. The remaining ones are those that fall into the design and specific aspects of work.
