Drugs for treating angina pectoris mainly work through two pathways - one to increase coronary blood flow and the other to reduce myocardial oxygen consumption. Nitroglycerin was invented in 1846 and has been used for the treatment of angina since 1879 for over a hundred years. Medical workers have been committed to the synthesis of coronary dilators. Since the synthesis of the first beta-blocker in 1958, a series of beta-blockers have been published since then. Although new routes have been developed for the treatment of angina, angina pectoris Efficacy is still not high. So, in recent years, countries all over the world set off a new wave of synthetic coronary dilators for the treatment of angina.
