办公室大都有自己的例会,多是一周或两周召开一次。尽管例会形式各有不同,但大都围绕布置工作展开。其实,办公室例会还有其他的功能等待挖掘。这些功能对于提高办公室工作的质量,更好地发挥办公室“三个服务”作用,具有十分重要的意义。一、信息交流。办公室必须时时保持内部信息的通畅,这样,各个环节之间才能有机联系,最大限度地发挥其整体功能,对外做出最佳反应。办公室信息交流可分为纵向信息交流和横 Most offices have their own regular meeting, mostly held once a week or two.
