新启元公司为回收利用生产排放废水,开展了循环水、高盐水、中水回用技术研究及应用。通过采用三法一体化工艺和浓盐水反渗透工艺,实现了对污水中水、循环水排水、除油除铁装置再生冲洗水、反渗透再生水、锅炉排污水回收利用。三法一体化工艺对循环水、中水的回收率达到98%,浓盐水反渗透工艺对高盐水回收率达到70%。该技术有效地提高了工业用水重复利用率,在降低生产成本的同时减少了污水排放和减轻了环境压力,是应对当前严峻的水资源短缺形势的一种积极尝试。
The new Kaiyuan company for the recycling of waste water production, launched a circulating water, high salt water, water reuse technology research and application.
