杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv)有降低血压,补肾安胎的功效,含有多种化学成分,主要为杜仲胶、氯原酸、桃叶珊瑚甙(aucubin)、杜仲醇(eucommiol)和杜仲甙(eucommioside)等。Charles从中国产杜仲中分离到松脂醇二葡萄糖甙(pinoresinol diglucoside)确证了它是杜仲降压作用的主要有效成分。本文用高效液相色谱法测定了杜仲中松脂醇二葡萄糖甙的含量,为杜仲用于降压的质量评定提供了一个分析方法。
Eucommia ulmoides Oliv has the effects of lowering blood pressure and kidney tocolysis, and contains a variety of chemical components, mainly guar gum, chlorogenic acid, aucubin, eucommiol, and eucommioside. Wait. Charles isolated pinoresinol diglucoside from Chinese eucommia ulmoides, confirming that it is the main effective component of the antihypertensive effect of Eucommia ulmoides. In this paper, the content of pinoresinol diglucoside in Eucommia ulmoides was determined by high performance liquid chromatography, which provided an analytical method for Eucommia ulmoides quality assessment.
