电力行业是国家的基础产业,它不仅关乎国民生计,更为工业、农业、国防事业和科学技术提供了不可或缺的动力。保证电力持续高效的供应是电力企业的重中之重。本文笔者以110kv变电站为研究对象,探索了在实际工程中应用管理模式,再到精度管理的落实,是整个110kv变电站施工项目在过程管理方法中的实现。
The power industry is the basic industry of the country. It not only concerns the livelihood of the people, but also provides an indispensable driving force for industry, agriculture, national defense, and science and technology. It is the top priority for power companies to ensure the continuous and efficient supply of electricity. In this paper, the author takes 110kv substation as the research object, explores the application of management mode in the actual project, and then implements the precision management, which is the realization of the entire 110kv substation construction project in the process management method.
