目的对2012-2014年邢台市人布鲁氏杆菌病疑似病例血清学结果进行分析,为做好预防控制工作提供依据。方法参照《布鲁氏菌病防治手册》、传染病WS 269-2007国家标准方法进行布鲁氏杆菌试管凝集试验、血培养试验。结果 2012-2014年邢台市疾病预防控制中心共接诊疑似布鲁氏杆菌病患者2 277例,其中布鲁氏杆菌试管凝集试验阳性774例。2012-2014年接诊数分别为523例、701例和1 053例,阳性数分别为146例、230例和398例,接诊数和检出阳性数逐年增加,以布菌羊3型为主。春、夏、秋、冬四季的阳性率分别为35.40%、39.85%、29.03%和28.98%,不同季节的阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21.866,P<0.05)。男性阳性率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=80.495,P<0.05)。结论 2012-2014年邢台市接诊疑似布鲁氏杆菌病病例数逐年增加,阳性病例也呈现逐年增加的趋势,应做好高危人群的预防和控制工作。
Objective To analyze the serological results of suspected cases of brucella brucellosis in Xingtai City from 2012 to 2014 so as to provide basis for prevention and control. Methods According to the “prevention and treatment of brucellosis manual”, infectious diseases WS 269-2007 national standard method of brucella test tube agglutination test, blood culture test. Results From 2012 to 2014, Xingtai Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention was involved in the treatment of 2 277 suspected brucellosis patients, including 774 cases of Brucella tube agglutination test. The number of admissions in 2012-2014 was 523 cases, 701 cases and 1 053 cases respectively. The positive numbers were 146 cases, 230 cases and 398 cases respectively. The number of admissions and the number of positive cases increased year by year. the Lord. The positive rates in spring, summer, autumn and winter were 35.40%, 39.85%, 29.03% and 28.98%, respectively. The positive rates in different seasons were statistically different (χ ~ 2 = 21.866, P <0.05). The positive rate of male was higher than that of female, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 80.495, P <0.05). Conclusion The number of suspected cases of brucellosis in Xingtai City increased from 2012 to 2014. The number of positive cases also showed an increasing trend year by year. Prevention and control of high-risk population should be done.
