患者男,52岁。无明显诱因出现咽喉部异物感2年余,进食刺激性食物咽喉部肿胀疼痛,间断性咳嗽,口腔溃疡,吐白色黏液痰伴间断性胃胀感,无恶心、呕吐、发热、盗汗等其他症状,经药物治疗后无明显好转。体检:体温36.5℃,脉搏90次/分,呼吸21次/分,血压150/80 mmHg。喉发音嘶哑,全身未扪及肿大淋巴结,肝、脾肋下未触及,心肺查体未见异常,腹平坦,无压痛及反跳痛,
