一、前言我厂某研制产品有两种套筒零件(外径Φ112.6d,内径Φ111D,长度114±0.1,壁厚0.8毫米),设计部门选用了GH169合金。原料为Φ120棒材,可直接加工成零件,但这样原材料浪费颇大,同时加工周期长,刀具磨损严重,生产费用昂贵,这种加工方法显然极不合理。如果通过锻造,使毛坯尽可能地接近零件形状和尺寸,那是比较合理的工艺方法。但因GH169合金系新材料,我厂从未锻过,又无成熟经验可供参考。尤其这种薄壁筒
