国内外企业界有一种普遍共识,即把员工培训视为一种投资。根据经济学理论,投资中收益与风险并存,二者成正比关系。目前,企业培训也面临着各种风险,尤其是培训后员工跳槽的风险。这使得企业面对培训时左右为难:培训,担心培训后员工跳槽,企业收益得不到保证;不培训,员工的素质和技能跟不上,企业竞争力将会下降。本文将运用博弈论的相关知识,对企业培训后员工跳槽问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议。
There is a general consensus among business communities at home and abroad that employee training is considered an investment. According to economic theory, the benefits and risks of investment co-exist, and the two are in direct proportion. At present, corporate training also faces a variety of risks, especially the risk of employee turnover after training. This makes the enterprise dilemma in the face of training: training, fear of employee turnover after training, corporate earnings can not be guaranteed; not training, staff quality and skills can not keep up, the competitiveness of enterprises will decline. This article will use the game theory of knowledge, after the enterprise training staff to jump out of the question analysis and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
