目的 分析和评价CT定位及穿刺活检各环节对准确获取病理组织的影响作用,提高阳性诊断率。方法 回顾研究、分析了24例肿瘤病例并与诊断结果相对照。结果 病灶的性质、形态、大小及取材点的不同对诊断结果均有较大影响。结论 选取合适的定位和取材方法及正确的操作是提高细胞学、组织学诊断的阳性率的关键步骤。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of CT positioning and biopsy on accurate acquisition of pathological tissues and improve the positive diagnosis rate. Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyze 24 cases of cancer and compare them with the diagnostic results. Results The nature, shape, size of the lesion and the difference of the curative points had great influence on the diagnosis results. Conclusion The proper positioning and drawing method and the correct operation are the key steps to improve the positive rate of cytology and histological diagnosis.
