目的了解开封市小学生近视与龋患情况,为早期预防近视、龋齿以及更好地指导学校采取干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,以开封市485名小学生作为研究对象,收集本年度第二学期体检表,进行了近视和龋患情况调查分析。结果开封市小学生视力不良检出率为12.16%。男女儿童乳龋患率为48.66%,恒龋患率为6.39%。结论开封市小学生视力不良情况不容乐观,口腔保健水平较低,应引起足够重视,采取相应的干预措施。 Objective To understand the situation of myopia and caries in pupils in Kaifeng and to provide a scientific basis for early prevention of myopia and dental caries and to better guide the intervention in schools. Methods Using cluster sampling method, taking 485 primary school students in Kaifeng City as the research object, the second semester physical examination table of this year was collected, and the myopia and caries were investigated and analyzed. Results Kaifeng pupils detected poor vision was 12.16%. Male and female children with caries prevalence rate of 48.66%, constant caries rate was 6.39%. Conclusion Kaifeng pupils poor vision is not optimistic, low level of oral health care should be paid enough attention to take appropriate interventions.
