采用纤维素酶降解底物谷草,从预处理、残渣重复利用、反应条件几方面进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,最适宜的酶解温度为45 ~50 ℃;pH 为4 ~5 ; 反应时间大约21 h 。增加酶用量能提高酶解产率,但从投入产出比考虑,以酶底物比4 % 为好。残渣重复利用而不增加酶,酶解产率翻一番。秸秆全株叶茎结构不同,酶解产率也不同。搅拌和振荡有利于酶解反应的进行。
Cellulase degradation of substrate straw, from pretreatment, residue recycling, the reaction conditions several aspects of the experimental study. The experimental results show that the most suitable temperature for enzymolysis is 45 ~ 50 ℃, pH is 4 ~ 5 and reaction time is about 21 h. Increase the amount of enzyme can improve the yield of enzymolysis, but from the input-output ratio to consider the enzyme substrate is better than 4%. Residue reuse without increasing enzyme yield doubled enzymatic yield. Stalk whole plant leaves different stem structure, enzyme yield is also different. Stirring and shaking facilitate the enzymatic reaction.
