通过多种矿质元素及生长调节剂对不同荔枝品种花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响试验及不同化学因子复配对贮藏多年荔枝花粉萌发与生长影响的比较试验 ,结果表明 ,B、Zn、Mo等矿质元素在较高浓度时 (≥ 0 .5mmol/L)均明显抑制了荔枝花粉的萌发和生长 ,较低浓度B(≤ 0 .2mmol/L)、Zn(≤0 .0 1mmol/L)、Mo(≤ 0 .0 5mmol/L)则对荔枝花粉萌发有显著的促进作用 ,Ca在低浓度时对花粉活力无明显影响 ,高浓度时则呈抑制作用 ,但各元素对不同品种花粉的效应又有较大的差异 ;生长调节剂 6-BA、Zeatin、GA3、IAA、NAA对荔枝花粉活力的影响也较明显 ,但与使用浓度密切相关 ;贮藏多年的荔枝花粉活力已显著降低 ,但经复合配方处理后 ,活力又明显提高
