现代企业的竞争归根到底是制度的竞争,内生性的管理和制度才是企业最核心的竞争力。本文以华东有色地勘局为例,介绍了该局在事业单位改革探索过程中,建立精细化管理考核体系,利用先进的绩效管理系统进行信息化管理,从而改变传统的粗放式管理模式,有效地提升管理水平,使得地勘单位在新常态经济下更好地发展。
