目的 观察电针组穴治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效.方法 将50例良性前列腺增生患者分为治疗组26例、对照组24例.治疗组采用电针中极、曲骨组穴治疗,对照组采用口服盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗.观察国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、前列腺体积、最大尿流率、残余尿量及安全性指标.结果 IPSS总评分治疗组治疗后较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组较对照组降低明显(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.IPSS各亚项评分治疗组治疗后亚项1、亚项2、亚项4、亚项5、亚项6和亚项7评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),亚项1、亚项2、亚项4、亚项5和亚项7评分治疗后治疗组均较对照组降低明显(P<0.05).QOL评分治疗组治疗后较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05).治疗后治疗组较对照组降低明显(P0.05).结论 运用电针组穴治疗能整体改善良性前列腺增生患者排尿困难的症状,明显提高患者的生活质量,电针组穴治疗良性前列腺增生具有较好的疗效.“,”Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=26) and control group (n=24).Electrostimulation of the Zhongji and Qugu were used in treatment group.The control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules.IPSS,QOL,prostate volume,maximum urinary flow rate,residual urine volume and safety were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the IPSS score in the treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Sub-item 1,sub-item 2,sub-item 4,sub-item 5,sub-item 6 and sub-item 7 score of treatment sub-item of IPSS sub-item were lower after the treatment (P<0.05).Sub-item 1,sub-item 2,sub-item 4,sub-item 5 and sub-item 7 scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the QOL score of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture could improve the life quality and relieve the symptoms of lower urinary tract in patients with BPH.
