高磷耐磨铸铁高磷耐磨铸铁具有较高的耐磨性、机械性能和良好的铸造性能。铸造工艺易于掌握,铸件成本较低.该铸铁于1959~1965年期间进行试验和生产验证,1966年一机部原二局组织鉴定,并要求在一般中小型机床导轨铸件中推广使用。1.成分、机械性能和金相组织: 成份:C 2.9~3.2%;P 0.40~0.65%;Si 1.2~1.7%;Mn 0.5~1.0%;S<0.12%。根据不同要求,高磷铸铁可以达到HT20—40、HT25—40、HT30—54等牌号铸铁的机械性能,挠度大于2.8毫米(支点距800毫米)略低于灰铸铁技术标准
