科研组织是知识生产与创新的核心部门,在知识价值链中具有举足轻重的位置,其治理效果将直接影响知识经济发展的进程。治理模式与机制及其创新绩效成为科研组织研究的重要问题之一。本文运用网络治理理论,构建以结构嵌入、关系嵌入和文化嵌入三种方式为基础的科研组织治理模式。各利益主体在组织中通过信任机制与协同机制相互作用,实现知识共享、风险共担、协同创新,进而提升创新绩效、实现组织目标。研究结论说明,科研组织内部成员之间的联系过于紧密,应重视引入外部研究人员,加强互补性信息与资源的获取。与信任机制相比,协同机制对绩效的影响更显著,构建科学的、合理的协同机制已成为实现科研组织知识创新与协同效应的基础。
Scientific research organization is the core part of knowledge production and innovation, and plays an important role in knowledge value chain. Its governance effect will directly affect the process of knowledge economy development. Governance model and mechanism and its innovation performance have become one of the important issues in the research of scientific research organizations. In this paper, we use the theory of network governance to construct a model of governance of scientific research organizations based on three modes: structure embedding, relationship embedding and cultural embedding. Each stakeholder interacts through the trust mechanism and the coordination mechanism in the organization to realize knowledge sharing, risk sharing and collaborative innovation so as to enhance innovation performance and achieve organizational goals. The conclusion of the study shows that the links among the members of the scientific research organization are too close. Importance should be given to the introduction of external researchers so as to enhance the access to complementary information and resources. Compared with the trust mechanism, the coordination mechanism has more significant impact on the performance. Constructing a scientific and reasonable coordination mechanism has become the basis of realizing the knowledge innovation and synergy of the scientific research organization.
