一、地层与施工简况我队施工的渔溪矿区钻遇岩层节理、裂隙非常发育,所施工的钻孔都存在严重渗漏,并有坍塌、掉块现象。使用松香酸钠、PAM无固相冲洗液和PAM低固相泥浆均不上返,多次采用浓泥浆(25秒)护壁堵漏和灌早强水泥堵护均无成效。多数钻孔采用顶漏钻进,经常待水,个别钻孔因漏失、坍塌严重而被迫半途而废。如该矿区ZK3005孔,设计孔深550米,钻孔倾角80度,由于钻遇大断层、破碎带、孔内漏失、坍塌严重,采用水泥堵护三次无效,共消耗水泥1900公斤。后采用PAM配制的浓泥浆钻进,仍然全泵漏失。共耗粘土粉15700公斤,因粘土粉供不应求,费用太高,孔深达224.24米时,难于继续钻进而终止施工。
