随着行业卷烟销量增幅趋缓、卷烟品牌加速整合、市场竞争日趋激烈,上海烟草集团有限责任公司(简称“上烟集团”)清醒地认识到单一依靠外延式的发展难以持久,必须要从“创新驱动、转型发展”的思路寻找效益提升的新途径,从注重数量规模的发展转向质量效益、结构效益的发展。为此,公司确立了《构建和完善集团“精益制造”体系,支撑集团品牌的发展》重大课题,形成“上海烟草集团精益制造屋”
