作为常州市最重要的南北向快速客运骨干,轨道交通1号线途径常州市三大行政区及各大商业中心。它将成为常州市区主要的客运通道,连接南北城区,促进站点周边土地开发利用,为常州新一轮城市建设带来契机。因此,本文基于站点周边城市建设现状的研究,明确了站点周边地区整体开发定位,为站点周边未来功能及业态发展提供策略。
As the most important north-south to Changzhou City, the rapid passenger transport backbone line 1 route Changzhou City, the three major administrative regions and major commercial centers. It will become the main passenger passage in the urban area of Changzhou, connect the north and south urban areas, promote the development and utilization of the land around the site, and bring opportunities for the new round of urban construction in Changzhou. Therefore, based on the research on the status quo of urban construction around the site, this paper defines the overall development and positioning of the surrounding area of the site and provides strategies for the future development of functions and formats around the site.
