理中汤类方鉴别运用

理中汤为汉代医家张仲景所拟定,见于《伤寒论》。有温中祛寒,补益脾胃之功。原用于霍乱寒多不用水者及大病差后虚寒喜唾者。是《内经》“寒淫所胜,平以辛热。散寒温胃必先辛剂”的具体运用。近代对理中汤的运用更有所扩展,将它用于脾胃虚寒型的慢性胃炎、慢性结肠炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡及妇科、儿科等多种疾病。本方不失为温补脾胃,治疗脾胃虚寒的要方。 Lizhong Tang was prepared by the Han Dynasty physician Zhang Zhongjing and found in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. There are warm cold, replenishing spleen and stomach. Originally used for cholera cold without water and poor after the illness was cold and hi saliva. It is the specific application of the “Internal Classics” that “Wind by kinkyness wins, Pingshang is hot, and cold and warm stomach must be first used”. In modern times, the use of Lizhongtang has been expanded to include chronic sputum-deficiency-type gastritis, chronic colitis, stomach and duodenal ulcers, and gynecological and pediatric diseases. This party can be considered as a warming up spleen and stomach and treating the spleen and stomach.
