旦增,男,藏族,中共党员,大专学历,现年46岁,1983年7月参加工作,现任同仁县人民政府副县长,主管水利、农牧、林业、环保、扶贫等工作。近年来,旦增同志坚持以推进生态同仁建设为目标,带领同仁县水利系统干部立足长远,开拓思路,扎根基层,真抓实干,推动全县水土保持工作取得了显著成效,他本人也从一个水利知识的门外汉变成了同仁这个世界非物质文化遗产“热贡艺术”之乡一名响当当的水土保持“土专家”。
