目的:探讨噪声对人体听力损害的特点及其影响因素。方法:对武进区某企业157名噪声作业劳动者连续三年的职业健康体检结果进行统计分析。结果:不同年份间语频和高频听力异常检出率及严重程度逐年提高,高频检出率差异有统计学意义(X2=23.241,P<0.01);语频和高频听力异常检出率随着工龄的增加而增高,差异有统计学意义(X2=10.279,P<0.01;X2=16.968,P<0.01);高频异常检出率明显高于语频异常检出率,差异有统计学意义(X2=108.528,P<0.01)。结论:高频听力异常检出率远高于语频听力异常检出率,随着工龄的增加,语频和高频的听力异常检出率均逐年增高,且听力损失严重程度逐渐增加;企业应改善工作环境,加强防护措施及对劳动者的培训,保护劳动者听力健康,预防职业病的发生。
Objective: To explore the characteristics of noise on human hearing impairment and its influencing factors. Methods: The occupational health examination results of 157 noise workers in an enterprise in Wujin District for three consecutive years were statistically analyzed. Results: The detection rate and severity of abnormal hearing and hearing abnormalities increased year by year in different years, and the detection rate of high frequency was significantly different (X2 = 23.241, P <0.01); abnormal hearing and hearing loss were detected (X2 = 10.279, P <0.01; X2 = 16.968, P <0.01). The detection rate of high-frequency abnormalities was significantly higher than that of abnormal frequency, the difference was Statistical significance (X2 = 108.528, P <0.01). Conclusion: The detection rate of audiometric abnormalities is much higher than that of audiological abnormalities. With the increase of seniority of service, the detection rate of audiological abnormalities in speech and high frequency increase year by year, and the severity of hearing loss gradually increases. Should improve the working environment, strengthen protective measures and training of workers, to protect workers hearing health, prevent occupational diseases.
