目的:探讨噪声对人体听力损害的特点及其影响因素。方法:对武进区某企业157名噪声作业劳动者连续三年的职业健康体检结果进行统计分析。结果:不同年份间语频和高频听力异常检出率及严重程度逐年提高,高频检出率差异有统计学意义(X2=23.241,P<0.01);语频和高频听力异常检出率随着工龄的增加而增高,差异有统计学意义(X2=10.279,P<0.01;X2=16.968,P<0.01);高频异常检出率明显高于语频异常检出率,差异有统计学意义(X2=108.528,P<0.01)。结论:高频听力异常检出率远高于语频听力异常检出率,随着工龄的增加,语频和高频的听力异常检出率均逐年增高,且听力损失严重程度逐渐增加;企业应改善工作环境,加强防护措施及对劳动者的培训,保护劳动者听力健康,预防职业病的发生。 Objective: To explore the characteristics of noise on human hearing impairment and its influencing factors.
