我厂生产的层板结构高压容器,在生产过程中,需要将其纵向焊缝磨平。过去我们使用风铲批,这样劳动强度大,效率低。后来,我们应用无齿锯,把一部废旧车床导轨改装成一台“自动纵向焊缝磨平机”,基本实现磨焊缝机械化,大大减轻劳动强度,提高效率一倍左右。这台设备外形及其传动示意分别见图1和图2。其工作原理为:当减速电机2转动时,带动链轮3及4,由于它们齿数相同,故此链轮4转速为31转/分;再带动偏心轮6,偏心轮又带动曲柄连杆7及滑块9作往复运动,速度为每分钟往复31次,其行程可通过调节连杆与偏心轮的连接位置A来改变,亦即由此可调节
