目的研究复方消银膏外用对BALB/c小鼠背部银屑病样模型组织病理的改变。方法 1分组:48只小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、复方消银膏A组、复方消银膏B组、丙酸氯倍他索组及消银膏组。2造模:除空白组外其余各组鼠背部皮肤外用5%咪喹莫特,使其产生银屑病样模型。3治疗及评分:模型组作为对照,复方消银膏A组、复方消银膏B组、丙酸氯倍他索组及消银膏组分别给予相应药物治疗,根据8 d后光镜下各组局部皮肤组织病理变化进行BAKER评分,并进行统计学分析。结果空白组与模型组之间BAKER评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),造模成功;与模型组相比,复方消银膏A组、复方消银膏B组、丙酸氯倍他索组的BAKER评分均降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方消银膏A组、复方消银膏B组与丙酸氯倍他索组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而复方消银膏A组与复方消银膏B组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);消银膏组的BAKER评分低于模型组,而高于另外3个治疗组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各治疗组均可以改善小鼠银屑病组织病理变化,丙酸氯倍他索组最明显,复方消银膏组次之,消银膏组最差,且复方消银膏A组与复方消银膏B组疗效无明显差异。
Objective To study the histopathological changes of the psoriasis-like model on the back of BALB / c mice in vitro. Method 1 group: 48 mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, compound Yin Yin cream A group, compound Yin silver paste group B, clobetasol propionate group and Yin silver paste group. 2 modeling: except for the blank group, the rest of the back of the mouse skin with topical 5% imiquimod, psoriasis-like model. 3 treatment and score: the model group as a control, the compound Yin Yin cream A group, the compound Yin silver paste B group, the Clobetasol propionate group and the Yin Yin cream group were given the corresponding drug treatment, according to the light microscope after 8 d Group BAKER pathological changes of local skin tissue, and statistical analysis. Results Compared with model group, the BAKER score of blank group and model group had significant difference (P <0.05), and the model was successful. Compared with model group, compound A Yin Yin Paste A group, compound Yin Yin Paste B group, The BAKER score of the cord group decreased, with significant difference (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between compound Yin Yin Paste A group and compound Yin Yin Paste B group (P> 0.05). The BAKER score of Yin Yin Paste Group was lower than that of model group and higher than the other 3 Treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Each treatment group can improve the histopathological changes of psoriasis in mice, the most obvious was in the group treated with clobetasol propionate, followed by the compound Yinyin cream group, the worst in the Yinan cream group, Yin silver paste B group no significant difference in efficacy.
