Forrester’s research notes that TVs that currently use the Internet have not been successful. According to Forrester’s “WebTV and Others” report, Internet TV is caught in a spiral of Article 22 military regulations, and emerging media are experiencing such problems. Without attractive content, users will not be able to buy emerging technologies and services that access the Internet; however, content providers do not see a sufficient user base (which means there is not a significant amount
