目的:采用体外细胞实验对猫眼草的抗肿瘤活性进行研究,筛选抗肿瘤活性较强的部分,旨在为猫眼草作为抗肿瘤药物的开发提供理论依据。方法:MTT法测定不同浓度的猫眼草不同萃取部分对乳腺癌2R-75-30细胞生长的抑制作用。结果:猫眼草乙酸乙酯、氯仿部分对乳腺癌细胞2R-75-30的生长有抑制作用,且呈现一定的梯度关系,随着药物浓度的升高,对乳腺癌细胞的生长抑制率增强。结论:猫眼草在抗肿瘤方面有一定的研究开发价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antitumor activity of Cynanchum atractylodes, and to screen the part with stronger antitumor activity by in vitro cell experiment, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the development of Cynanchum atractylodes. Methods: MTT assay was used to determine the inhibitory effect of different fractions of catfish extract on the growth of breast cancer cell line 2R-75-30. Results: Ethyl acetate and chloroform partially inhibited the growth of breast cancer cell line 2R-75-30, and showed a certain gradient relationship. With the increase of drug concentration, the growth inhibition rate of breast cancer cells increased. Conclusion: Cat’s Eye has some research and development value in anti-tumor.
