分析了混合动力调车机车牵引系统的结构,介绍了多种动力模式下牵引系统的工作原理。在此基础上采用MATLAB/Simulink构建了混合动力调车机车牵引系统的主电路模型及动力蓄电池模型,对所构建的混合动力调车机车牵引系统模型进行了混合动力牵引、纯柴油发电机牵引、纯动力蓄电池牵引等工况的仿真实验。仿真结果表明,该混合动力调车机车的主电路结构、参数及系统能量管理策略可以实现混合动力调车机车在不同工况下的可靠运行。
The structure of the traction system for hybrid shunting locomotive is analyzed. The working principle of the traction system under various power modes is introduced. On this basis, the main circuit model and power battery model of hybrid shunting locomotive traction system are established by using MATLAB / Simulink. The traction system model of hybrid shunting locomotive is built with hybrid traction, pure diesel generator traction, Pure power battery traction and other conditions of the simulation experiment. The simulation results show that the main circuit structure, parameters of the hybrid shunting locomotive and the system energy management strategy can realize the reliable operation of the hybrid shunting locomotive under different operating conditions.
