近年来,随着社会经济与科学技术的快速发展,DCS集散控制系统逐渐被广泛应用于各大生产管理领域,尤其是工矿企业的生产自动化体系构建与改造。较之于传统控制系统,DCS集散控制系统不但有效地提高了生产和管理效率,而且使我国的生产自动化水平提高了一个层次。然而,由于DCS集散控制系统的组成比较复杂,实际操作中会出现一些故障,因此加强对系统故障分析与维护管理,是保证该系统正常运行的关键。本文将对DCS集散控制系统故障进行深入探析,并在此基础上提出维护管理建议,以期为我国工业生产自动化体系的发展带来的新的发展契机。
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, DCS distributed control system is gradually being widely used in various fields of production management, especially the construction and transformation of the production automation system of industrial and mining enterprises. Compared with the traditional control system, DCS distributed control system not only effectively improves the efficiency of production and management, but also enhances the level of production automation in our country. However, due to the complexity of the DCS DCS system and some faults in the actual operation, strengthening the analysis and maintenance of the system faults is the key to ensure the normal operation of the system. In this paper, the DCS DCS will be analyzed in depth, and on this basis, some suggestions on maintenance management are put forward in order to bring new opportunities for the development of the industrial automation system in our country.
