3月24日,国家卫生计生委、中央综治办、公安部、司法部联合印发《关于进一步做好维护医疗秩序工作的通知》(以下简称《通知》),就进一步做好维护医疗秩序构建和谐医患关系工作,保障医患双方合法权益提出明确要求。《通知》指出,要认真贯彻中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于完善矛盾纠纷多元化解机制的意见》,推动完善院内调解、人民调解相结合的医疗纠纷调解体系,建立医疗纠纷多元化解告知制度。

The Circular states that it is necessary to conscientiously implement the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Government and the General Office of the State Council on Improving the Mechanism for Diversified Solutions to Contradictions and Disputes, and promote the mediation system for medical disputes that combines hospital mediation with people’s mediation and establish a system to inform the diversification of medical disputes.
