测试系统及测试信息标准化是实现测试信息和测试资源共享、交换、互操作的重要基础,也是解决航空装备维修保障领域故障诊断效率低、测试费用高等问题的重要途径。本文简要介绍了航空装备寿命周期各测试活动及对各种测试信息的依赖关系,研究了自动测试标记语言(ATML)标准的组成及其框架结构,分析了ATML标准在航空装备维修保障体系中的具体应用形式及其优势。
Standardization of test system and test information is an important basis for sharing, exchanging and interoperating test information and test resources. It is also an important way to solve the problems of low efficiency and high test cost of fault diagnosis in the field of maintenance of aviation equipment. This paper briefly introduces the life cycle testing activities of aviation equipment and their dependency on various testing information. The composition of ATML standard and its frame structure are studied. At the same time, ATML standard is analyzed in the system of aviation equipment maintenance Specific application forms and their advantages.
