鉴于海外工程承包项目大多具有周期长、规模大、技术标准高、工期要求严、合同关系复杂等特点,承包商加强项目资金管理对项目的顺利履约和实现预期收益至关重要。本文结合海外工程承包项目管理实践,从承包商的角度,从项目资金融通、资金使用以及风险管理等方面,针对海外工程承包项目资金管理谈谈想法。
As overseas project contracting projects are characterized by long cycle, large scale, high technical standards, strict deadlines and complex contractual relations, it is of crucial importance for contractors to strengthen the management of project funds for the smooth implementation of the project and the expected benefits. Based on the management practices of overseas project contracting projects, this paper discusses the idea of fund management of overseas project contracting projects from the aspects of project financing, capital utilization and risk management.
