硫化氢既是刺激性气体 ,也是窒息性气体 ,是一种强烈的神经毒物。硫化氢全身毒作用是通过吸入后与细胞色素氧化酶的Ｆｅ3+结合 ,使神经细胞不能利用氧而发生内窒息。 1996年 5月 ,我市某凉果厂发生了一起清洗凉果浸泡池引起的硫化氢中毒 ,造成 4人死亡 ,2人中毒的重大事故
