探讨中医药院校附属医院进行临床科研培训的模式,因为它是提高中医医院医师的科研水平、培养其临床科研能力的途径,也是中医药事业发展的必然要求。本文从5个方面进行论述,提出了提高中医医院医师临床科研创新综合能力的方法。 To explore the mode of clinical research and training of Affiliated Hospital of TCM, as it is a way to improve the scientific research level of TCM physicians and cultivate their clinical research ability, which is also a necessary requirement for the development of TCM. This article discusses from five aspects, and puts forward a method to improve the comprehensive ability of TCM physicians in clinical research innovation.
