养殖蚯蚓的意义本世纪七十年代以来,人工养殖利用蚯蚓业,在国外蓬勃兴起,蚓体和蚓粪已成为有较大经济效益的新商品。过去不被人们注意的蚯蚓,由于发现了它有多种重要功能而一改旧观。蚯蚓养殖的迅速发展与农业、环境和资源等问题的解决有密切的关系。1978年以来,我国有二十多个省市开展了蚯蚓养殖利用的试验研究,在选育我国地方良种,寻找更好的饲料配方与养殖工艺,以及开展综合利用,提高经济效益等方面,取得了可喜的成果。我国养殖蚯蚓的新事业,正在科学实验的基础上逐步创建起来。
