采用轴-环摩擦方式研究了球墨铸铁(QT)和40钢热处理状态对低合金铸钢耐磨性的影响。结果表明,不同热处理40钢轴试样对铸钢环耐磨性的影响是轴硬度降低、转速减小时,环的耐磨性降低;不同热处理QT轴试样对铸钢环耐磨性的影响是轴硬度升高、转速增大时,环的耐磨性降低。
The effects of heat treatment of ductile iron (QT) and 40 steel on the wear resistance of low alloyed castings were investigated by means of shaft-ring friction. The results show that the impact of different heat treatment on the wear resistance of the steel ring is the decrease of the shaft hardness. When the rotation speed decreases, the wear resistance of the ring decreases. The impact of different heat treatment QT axial samples on the wear resistance of the steel ring Is the shaft hardness increases, speed increases, the ring wear resistance decreases.
