“2012年度的北大糖尿病论坛(PUDF)”于5月5～6日在北京九华山会议中心隆重举办。本届论坛以“糖尿病转化医学”为主题,会议邀请到美国CDC糖尿病流行病学与统计学分支负责人、美国埃默里大学的K.M.Venkat Narayan教授作“糖尿病转化医学研究———理念和发展”的主旨报告。Narayan教授是转化医学概念的提出者之一,在转化医学领域有很深造诣。Narayan在报告中介绍了转化医学的概念和发展概况,内容精辟。本刊征得Narayan教授的同意,由北京大学人民医院内分泌科罗樱樱医师翻译整理,现发表如下,以飨读者。
“PUDF 2012” was held in Beijing Jiuhuashan Conference Center on May 5-6. At the forum, the theme of Diabetes Mellitus Translation Medicine was invited by KMVenkat Narayan, head of the CDC Diabetes Epidemiology and Statistics Branch of the US CDC, to Professor Diabetes Translational Medicine --- Idea and development "the keynote report. Professor Narayan is one of the authors of the concept of translational medicine and has deep knowledge in the field of translational medicine. Narayan introduced in the report the concept and development of translational medicine, content brilliant. The publication was approved by Professor Narayan, Peking University People’s Hospital Endocrinology Ke Luo Ying Sakura translated translation, is hereby published below, in order to readers.
