律师法的修订扩大了律师的执业权利,其所体现的法治精神与检察机关的使命具有一致性。律师权利的扩大对刑事检察工作提出了挑战。检察人员作为法律职业者,应当以适应新律师法为契机,牢固树立社会主义法治理念,锻造优良的人格品质,提高实施法律监督的能力,促进社会主义司法文明。
The revision of lawyers law broadens the legal rights of lawyers, and the spirit of the rule of law embodied by them is consistent with that of procuratorial organs. The expansion of lawyer’s rights poses a challenge to criminal prosecution. As a legal professional, prosecutors should take the opportunity of adapting to the new lawyers law, firmly establish the socialist concept of the rule of law, forge good personality and quality, improve the ability to carry out legal supervision, and promote the socialist judicial civilization.
