本文以传统G级水泥为原料,以偏高岭土和硅粉为外掺料,通过加入一定的硫酸钠激发剂和OAI缓凝剂,优选出了一种耐高温耐腐蚀的水泥浆体系。系统的研究了偏高岭土、硅粉、硫酸钠以及缓凝剂等组分含量的变化对水泥浆体系力学性能的影响,并对水泥浆体系的综合性能进行了评价。研究结果表明:在传统G级水泥中加入15%~20%的偏高岭土、30%~35%的硅粉、0.1%的硫酸钠激发剂以及1.5%的OAI缓凝剂,会增强水泥石的耐高温与耐腐蚀性能,并使此种水泥浆体系具有了良好的力学性能和适应大温差的能力。
In this paper, the traditional G-grade cement as raw material, metakaolin and silica fume as the external admixture, by adding a certain sodium sulfate activator and OAI retarder, preferred a high temperature corrosion-resistant cement slurry system. The effects of the contents of metakaolin, silica fume, sodium sulfate and retarder on the mechanical properties of the cement slurry system were systematically studied. The comprehensive performance of the cement slurry system was also evaluated. The results show that adding 15% ~ 20% metakaolin, 30% ~ 35% silica fume, 0.1% sodium sulphate and 1.5% OAI retarder will enhance the High temperature and corrosion resistance, and make this slurry system has good mechanical properties and ability to adapt to large temperature difference.
