许多疾病伴有组织或血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)水平升高及环核式苷酸代射紊乱,特别是常见的缺血性心、脑血管病及糖尿病尤其明显。本文收集62例健康老龄为对照组,收集新入院的各疾病组血浆393例,测定血浆丙二醛(MDA),共轭双烯(DC),环一磷腺苷(cAMP),环一磷鸟苷(cGMP)水平,探讨氧自由诱导的脂质过氧化损伤及环核苷酸代射失调与发病机制的关系,二者是否相关,文献尚未见报道,笔者拟对比加以讨论。
Many diseases associated with elevated levels of tissue or plasma lipid peroxydation (LPO) and disruption of nucleocapsix markers, especially common in ischemic heart, cerebrovascular disease and diabetes mellitus. In this study, 62 healthy elderly subjects were recruited as the control group. 393 plasma samples were collected from the newly admitted patients in each disease group. Plasma malondialdehyde (MDA), conjugated diolefin (DC), cAMP, Guanosine (cGMP) levels to explore the oxygen free radicals induced by lipid peroxidation injury and cyclic nucleotide injection disorders and the pathogenesis of the relationship between the two are related, the literature has not been reported, the author intends to compare the discussion.
