Objective: To analyze the immune function of children with hand-foot-mouth disease in Jilin Province in 2010. Methods: 391 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease inpatients as the research object. The number of CD4 + T cells (CD3 + CD4 +), CD8 + T cells (CD3 + CD8 +) and NK cells (CD16 + CD56 +) on the day of admission or on the following day after admission were counted in children with Chinese Han healthy children lymphocyte subpopulations Group of normal reference value marked as a reference, according to different age and gender statistics, analysis of the severity of the disease in children with different levels of lymphocyte subsets. Results: The incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease was more common in patients under 5 years of age (92.4%), of which 1 to 2 years old had the highest incidence; more males than females; T lymphocytes and NK cells in children with hand-foot-mouth disease were significantly deviated from normal . Conclusion: Children with hand-foot-mouth disease have different degrees of immune dysfunction. The deviation of the immune index from the normal value may indicate the severity of disease progression.
