长枕埋入式无砟轨道的道床板为现浇,在长枕与道床板的结合部易产生裂缝。为分析现浇道床板弹性模量对轨道结构的影响,本文建立了实体有限元模型,研究了在竖向力、横向力和纵向力作用下,开裂与不开裂二种状态下的受力情况,进而得出弹性模量对结构应力和位移的影响,得到不开裂情况下弹性模量变化对结构影响不大,而开裂情况下则有一定的影响。
Pillow embedded ballastless track bed board is cast in place, prone to crack in the combination of long pillow and the bed board. In order to analyze the influence of the elastic modulus of the pouring floor slab on the track structure, a solid finite element model was established in this paper to study the stress conditions in the two states of cracking and non-cracking under the action of vertical force, transverse force and longitudinal force , And then the effect of elastic modulus on the stress and displacement of the structure is obtained. The change of elastic modulus does not have a significant effect on the structure under the condition of no cracking, but has a certain influence under the cracking condition.
