人物档案:王阳元,一九三五年生。中国科学院院士、北京大学微电子研究院院长。微电子学家,是我国硅栅N沟道技术开拓者之一。领导开发了我国第一个大型集成化集成电路计算机辅助设计系统,建立了国家级微机电系统重点实验室,并研究成功五套微机电系统加工工艺和设计技术。作为发起人之一,创建了中芯国际集成电路制造公司,开发成功十二英寸纳米级集成电路。
Character files: Wang Yang Yuan, born in 1935. Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University Microelectronics Research Institute. Microelectronics scientists, is one of the pioneers of silicon gate N-channel technology in China. Lead the development of China’s first large-scale integrated circuit integrated circuit design of computer-aided design, the establishment of a national key laboratory of MEMS, and the successful study of five sets of micro-electromechanical system processing technology and design technology. As one of the initiators, SMIC International Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation was founded to successfully develop 12-inch nano-scale integrated circuits.
