校企合作是一个综合的、复杂的系统工程,影响校企合作失效、长效性的利益主体涉及到学校、企业和政府三方。而要使校企合作得到顺利开展并取得预期的效果,必须注意三方利益主体的动力问题,其关系到校企合作工程的根基。为此,学校、企业和政府应该根据各自的功能、定位和实际条件建立相应的校企合作动力机制,惟有这样,校企合作才能取得“多赢”的良好效果。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is an integrated and complicated systematic project. The stakeholders that affect the failure of the cooperation between school and enterprise are long-term, involving the school, the enterprise and the government. In order to get the university-enterprise cooperation smoothly and achieve the expected results, we must pay attention to the motivation of the tripartite stakeholders, which is related to the foundation of the school-enterprise cooperation project. To this end, schools, enterprises and governments should establish corresponding mechanisms for the cooperation between schools and enterprises according to their respective functions, positioning and actual conditions. Only in this way can the cooperation between schools and enterprises be able to achieve a “win-win” effect.
