本文对两种42CrMoA钢低信点状偏析材料进行了常温等幅低周疲劳与准高周疲劳试验研究。研究表明:两种点状偏析状态的42CrMoA钢均具有循环软化特性;2.5级点状偏析提高了材料的单调与循环应力响应;当△ε/2<1.17%时,25级点状偏析给42CrMoA材料带来了疲劳安全性,这种安全性随应变幅值的减小而趋增大,在准高周疲劳范围,安全储备高达2~3倍。本文基于应力型和应变型疲劳曲线预测能力分析,提出了两种点偏的42CrMoA钢的疲劳试验统一曲线。
In this paper, two types of 42CrMoA steel low-spot-spot segregation materials were investigated under low temperature and high quasi-high cycle fatigue tests. The results show that the two kinds of 42CrMoA steels with point segregation all have the cyclic softening property; the 2.5 point segregation improves the monotonous and cyclic stress responses of the materials; when the △ε/2 is less than 1.17%, the 25 points are The segregation gives fatigue safety to the 42CrMoA material, and this safety tends to increase with the decrease of the strain amplitude. In the quasi-high-cycle fatigue range, the safety reserve is as high as 2 to 3 times. Based on the analysis of the prediction ability of the stress-type and strain-type fatigue curves, this paper presents a uniform fatigue test curve for the two-pointed 42CrMoA steels.
